Peer Assistance and Review

This model, originally developed jointly by administrators and teachers in Toledo, OH, involves experienced teachers mentoring and evaluating their colleagues. Generally, it does not include student test scores or "growth" measures, but focuses on improving teacher practice. More information is available from these links:
